HOA photo The invoices for our annual HOA fee went out January 2nd by email. Payment is due by January 31st, after which time a 5% penalty fee will added to your invoice. Invoices not paid on time are subject to a Property Lien. If for some reason you didn't receive your invoice, send an email to trailsatbrittany@gmail with your name, address, and preferred email address.
