This group of volunteers seeks to reduce the population of resident geese that call our three lakes home. Under licence from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, they locate nests in the TAB Common Areas and, in April-May, treat the eggs so they won't hatch.
If you find a nest in your yard that you'd like them to treat, drop a note to trailsatbrittany@gmail.com. (Note: don't disturb goose nests on your own -- it's illegal!)
