HOA Annual Fee Invoices

The invoices for our annual HOA fee went out January 2nd by email. Payment is due by January 31st, after which time a 5% penalty fee will added to your invoice. Invoices not paid on time are subject to a Property Lien. If for some reason you didn't receive your invoice, send an email to trailsatbrittany@gmail with your name, address, and preferred email address. The fee is the same as it was for 2025, if you're in a crunch, you can just send your check to:

Many residents are finding it convenient to use their bank's "Bill Pay". We wrote about this in the December 2024 TAB Newsletter, page 4, using Busey bank as the example. Or you can just contact your bank for instructions.
