Trails at Brittany is a beautiful, 160-acre residential neighborhood located on the southwest edge of Champaign, Illinois, near the intersection of Kirby Avenue and Staley Road. Past our three entrances you will find lovely, comfortable homes, pedestrian trails, lakes, boulevards, multiple green spaces, and many friendly neighbors.  Trails at Brittany neighbors enjoy easy access to good schools, nearby city parks, recreational clubs, the Carle at the Fields and Village at the Crossing commercial developments, and easy access to Interstate 57.

Our vibrant and friendly community is governed by the Trails at Brittany Homeowners Association Board of Directors and membership, and supported by an active committee system. Neighbors and the HOA take great pride in the care and maintenance of our homes, lakes, easements and common areas throughout the subdivision.
